Projects are selected by scope, budget and delivery feasibility. A higher minimum may apply depending on location and project requirements. Acceptance is subject to availability.

We consider substantial landscape, pool and stonework projects for high-end residences in the communities below. Urban homes, country estates and waterfront properties are welcome; waterfront frontage or acreage is not required. Each enquiry is assessed against the $250,000 CAD minimum, project scope and site feasibility.

For selected acreage and coastal properties, consider garden privacy, arrival spaces and a coordinated pool-and-terrace layout. We review the available construction access and the intended scale before proposing a delivery approach.
