THE SCOPE
Modular & Container Pools in Oakville & the GTA
Plan the pool and its setting together
A factory-built pool can suit a tight garden or a contemporary terrace, but the setting still needs careful design. Establish the intended swimming space, seating, privacy, cover access and relationship to the house before choosing a unit.
Delivery, support and connections
Review truck and crane access, overhead obstructions, lifting positions and the supporting base with the product supplier and project team. Model-specific requirements govern foundations, drainage, utility connections and any partially buried installation. Delivery day comes after the site and required approvals are ready.
Considering Modpools?
Modpools is a manufacturer of container-based swimming pools. We can include a modular-pool option in your project planning and coordinate the surrounding landscape scope. Product availability, supply arrangements, manufacturer requirements and installation responsibility are confirmed before a named system is specified; this page does not imply authorized-dealer status.
A clear scope. A considered budget.
Begin with the intended result and a budget range. We establish the work to include, the options to compare and the responsibilities of the project team before the construction scope is finalized. Design helps reserve space, resolve connections and identify cost drivers while changes are still on paper.
Pricing depends on the property, access, quantities, selected systems and specialist work. Your written proposal should distinguish construction, design, permits, taxes and optional additions. Availability and the delivery team for specialist services are confirmed during project assessment.
What we review before work begins
- Selected model and manufacturer drawings
- Crane access and supporting structure
- Enclosure and equipment setbacks
- Power, drainage and winter operation
Start with the property address, photographs, any available survey and a description of your priorities. The approvals and inspection stages are confirmed for the actual design.
Your questions, answered.
Does a container pool avoid permits?
No. A prefabricated product still needs an address-specific review of enclosure, zoning, site work, electrical and any structural requirements.
Can this be part of a complete landscape project?
Yes. Discuss the complete brief at the start so access, levels, materials and specialist work can be coordinated in one schedule. The agreed proposal sets out which services Milton Stone provides and which require a named specialist.
